The dream coves of the Gulf of Orosei and an inflatable boat at your disposal to explore them all!
Set sail from Arbatax aboard aNew AT 590 inflatable boat with a 40 hp engine, ideal for 6 passengers. You will be able to drive the boat even without a licence and lead your group of friends or family to discover the most beautiful beaches in the surrounding area.
Hire the dinghy for half a day or a full day (your choice when booking) and sail to the wonders of Cala di Goloritzè, Cala Mariolu and Cala Luna.
What we will do
The appointment is in Arbatax, in the province of Nuoro.
After signing the contract in the office, the staff will give you all the information you need to navigate safely in the Gulf of Orosei. Through a map with photos, you will be shown the coves you can reach, the rules for accessing the beaches, and anchoring manoeuvres. You will also receive a cooler bag with ice to take with you and (on request) snorkelling equipment.
You will then be accompanied by the staff to the jetty where you will find your dinghy, model New AT 590, 5.90 m long and with a 40 HP engine, perfect for a group of 6 people. You do not need a licence to drive the dinghy, but before departure you will attend a 15-minute briefing to familiarise yourself with the dinghy and take a test drive with a skipper.
Once the briefing is over, you can leave the harbour to begin your day of exploring the Gulf of Orosei. In your itinerary, don't forget to include some of the area's most beautiful coves and natural attractions: from the Pedra Longa massif to the Grotta dei Colombi, and the beaches of Cala Goloritzè, Cala Mariolu, Cala Biriala and Cala Luna.
Decide where you want to stop for a dip in the emerald waters and take along a packed lunch full of tasty things to spend the day in joy.
The return of the dinghy to Arbatax is scheduled by 13:00 or 17:30 for half-day hire (4.5 hours), 17:30 forfull-day hire(9 hours).
Who it is aimed at
You must be at least 18 years old to drive the boat. A boat licence is not required.
Passengers of any age are welcome on board.
The dinghy is not wheelchair-accessible.
Other information
Rental is available every day from January to November.
The boat you will be able to drive is a 5.9 m long dinghy with a Selva 40 HP engine, equipped with awning, large sundeck, safety equipment, life jackets, and a cooler with ice. The boat is ideal for 6 persons. When you pick up your boat, you can also request a snorkelling kit and a portable shower.
When booking you can choose whether to hire the boat for "half a day" (4.5 hours) or "full day" (9 hours). In August and November, only full-day rental is possible.
Please note! Fuel is not included and must be paid on return according to consumption.
When collecting the dinghy, you will be asked to pay a deposit of €200 in cash. You will also have to provide proof of identity and a mobile phone number.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport. Free parking is available on site.
Dogs are allowed on board.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
