You, captain of a crew? That's right, after you invite your fellow adventurers aboard your dinghy!
Thanks to the rental of a5.20 mLomac dinghy with a 40 HP engine, you will be able to set sail from Palau and ply the waters in the direction of theMaddalena Archipelago.
On board, adventure, fun and maps await you to orient yourself in the maze of islets, turquoise waters and enchanting beaches. And you don't even need a licence!
What we will do
We’ll meet in Palau at the time specified when you made your booking. At reception, the staff will give you a brief briefing, during which you’ll be given the necessary instructions for steering the dinghy, as well as maps to help you find your way at sea, before moving on to a practical session on the dinghy.
Then it will be time to start the engine of your 5. 20 m Lomac dinghy with its 40 CV engine and set off on a unique, personalised experience. As captain of the dinghy, you will be the one to choose the route: stop by stop!
As you sail through the Maddalena Archipelago Park, you’ll have the chance to discover a wealth of natural and historical treasures: the Park stretches across land and sea for over 20, 000 hectares, home to around 60 islands, large and small, of varying shapes and features.
Such as Spargi, a small, uninhabited, almost circular island; Budelli, famous for its natural pools of turquoise water ; or the panoramic Cala Santa Maria. Not to mention sites of historical interest such as Santo Stefano Island, the site of the first Napoleonic battle, or Caprera, the home of Giuseppe Garibaldi.
At the end of your hire, you’ll return to the meeting point. You must return the dinghy by 4. 30 pm in April, May and October for a total duration of 7 hours, and by 6. 00 pm in June, July, August and September for a total duration of 9 hours.
Who it is aimed at
You must be at least 18 years old to drive the dinghy. A boating licence is not required.
There is no age limit for passengers .
The dinghy is not wheelchair-accessible.
Other information
You can hire the dinghy from June to October.
Important: a cloudy day does not necessarily mean the activity will be cancelled. The skipper will assess whether the experience can go ahead based on the forecast weather and sea conditions, as well as safety considerations for sailing.
The boat is a 5. 20 m Lomac inflatable, ideal for up to 5 people, fitted with a 40 CV Yamaha engine and equipped with an awning, boarding ladder and sunbathing cushions.
Please note! Fuel is not included and must be paid for upon return, based on consumption.
A deposit of €300 is required on site, payable in cash.
Dogs are not permitted on board.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
