Full description
Hire a rubber dinghy for a whole day in Santa Maria Navarrese and set off to explore the caves and coves of the Gulf of Orosei.
You can plan your own itinerary with complete freedom and independence, visiting the most beautiful beaches along the Baunei Coast, such as Cala Goloritzè, Cala Mariolu and Cala Biriala, or heading a little further north to Cala Sisine.
You’ll be provided with a 40 CV inflatable boat that can be operated even by those without a boat licence. Choose who to take with you and get ready to take the helm!
What we will do
You will collect the dinghy from the port of Santa Maria Navarrese at 9. 00 am. You can arrive 10 minutes early at the sailing centre, where the staff will welcome you, briefly explain how to operate the dinghy, and point out the areas where navigation is prohibited and those where it’s worth stopping off.
After that, you’ll be free to set off for your chosen destination. You can visit Cala Goloritzè, one of the most photographed beaches in the world and particularly popular with snorkelling enthusiasts. You can also head to Cala Mariolu and Cala Biriala, two other gems of the Gulf of Orosei with their picture-perfect beaches lapped by turquoise waters.
You can enjoy your packed lunch during one of your planned stops, or you can buy something to eat from the kiosks at Cala Mariolu or Cala Sisine.
After a day of diving, sea, relaxation and swimming surrounded by schools of fish, you’ll return to the harbour to hand back the dinghy by 5. 00 pm. The dinghy will be at your disposal for 8 hours.
Who it is aimed at
You must be over 18 to operate the dinghy, but you do not need a boat licence.
Anyone can board the dinghy, regardless of age.
Other information
The dinghy is available for hire from April to October.
The boat you will be allocated will be a Selva inflatable , 5. 7 metres long with a 40 cv engine, fully equipped with all safety gear and a sun awning. Dogs are allowed on board, but must not be taken onto the beaches.
Important: on the day of hire, you will need to pay a security deposit of €300 (we accept both cash and card) . This will be refunded to you when you return the dinghy. You will also be required to pay a beach access fee of €1 per person, payable in cash on site.
The dinghy will be handed over to you with a full fuel tank, so you will only need to pay for the fuel you have used at the end of the hire period.
The meeting point is accessible by public transport; on-site, there are paid parking spaces within the harbour or free parking spaces a short distance away.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
