Renting a dinghy without a skipper is your chance to explore the Tropea coastline in an exclusive and totally independent formula. You decide where to go, when to stop, and for how long in the area's most enchanting spots.
The 5.70-metre, 40 hp dinghy does not require a licence; it is equipped with every comfort, such as a shower and Bluetooth stereo, and can accommodate up to 10 people.

What we will do
The rendezvous is at the tourist port of Tropea. You will be welcomed by a skipper who will give you a briefing on how the boat works and also suggest the most interesting destinations to reach. Once this first phase is over, he will hand you over the dinghy and you can get on board and set off.
Among the most attractive places to visit is the beach with the rock called La Pizzuta, suspended between land and sea. The white, picturesque Michelino Beach and the Murenario di Sant'Irene, a place surrounded by lush nature and perfect for snorkelling.
The excursion can last afull day (8h) or half day (4h), to be chosen at the time of booking.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is open to everyone and has no age limit. To drive the dinghy, it is not necessary to have a boating licence, you only need to be 18 years old.

The dinghy can be hired from June to October, every day.
The boat is a 5.70-metre, 40 hp dinghy and is driven without a licence. It is licensed for 10 people.
Small dogs are allowed on board.
Fuel is excluded from the price, it will be calculated at the return of the boat in relation to the km travelled.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
