Rent an inflatable boat for you and your friends and set off to discover the beauty of Syracuse and Ortigia.
You will be on board a 5.5-metre, 40-hp dinghy that does not require a licence and can carry up to 6 people. You will be able to discover the most beautiful beaches along the coast in total autonomy, stop wherever you like and enjoy the sun in peace.
When purchasing, you can choose whether to rent the dinghy for half a day (4h) or a full day (8h).
What we will do
You can pick up your dinghy at the Syracuse pier. The staff will come to welcome you and explain everything you need to know about its operation and the rules for safe navigation. They will also give you some advice on where to go and the most beautiful areas to visit.
Afterwards, you will be free to board and choose your itinerary. You can visit the beautiful island of Ortigia, the oldest part of Syracuse, the Maniace Castle, the Venetian Palace and the imposing Spanish Walls, or visit the most picturesque caves along the coast.
You can also visit the most beautiful beaches and dive into the water to swim in the crystal-clear sea. After 4 or 8 hours of rental (your choice at the time of booking) you will return the dinghy to the starting point.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is open to everyone. You do not need a licence to drive the dinghy, but a minimum age of 18 is required.

The activity can be booked from May to October, subject to weather and sea conditions.
The 5.5-metre, 40 hp Tecno Raid dinghy is equipped with all comforts, including awning, shower and radio. It is homologated for 10 people, but for reasons of safety and comfort on board, a maximum of 5/6 people are allowed on board. It can be driven without a licence.
Please note! Fuel is not included in the rental price and will be paid at the end of the trip, according to consumption.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
