Full description
Set off on a3-hour snorkelling excursion and discover the most hidden corners and beautiful seabed of the Costa degli Dei.
From beautiful Tropea, you will sail south by dinghy, discovering the area's most fascinating and unspoilt ravines.
You will be able to swim among ancient relics, such as Porto Herculis, admire Capo Vaticano and Praia i Focu, the white beaches that can only be reached by sea, and, of course, snorkel in breathtakingly beautiful places rich in marine flora and fauna.
So, are you ready to go?
What we will do
The rendezvous is at the port of Tropea, where the skipper will welcome us and we will board the dinghy. Having formed the group, we will set off for Capo Vaticano.
We will sail along Tropea, admiring its beauty from the perspective of the sea. Afterwards, we will make an initial stop under the church of Santa Maria dell'Isola. Continuing our navigation, we will visit the fascinating Blue Grotto, famous for its crystal-clear water inside.
We will then reach Formicoli, also called "Porto Herculis", an ancient submerged Roman port that we will visit with mask and flippers. The next stop will be the promontory of Capo Vaticano, where we will be able to admire the sheer lighthouse and the wonderful white beaches called 'Praia i Focu', where visits are only allowed by boat.
We will make onelast stop at the Riaci Bay, where we will be able to dive from the dinghy for a refreshing swim and some snorkelling. Back on board, we will find a small aperitif with prosecco or soft drinks waiting for us, which we will enjoy on the way back to the port of Tropea.
The activity lasts a total of 3 hours.

The hike is suitable for everyone, with no age limit.
Children up to 2 years of age can participate free of charge.

Be at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before departure.
The activity can be booked every day from April to October, weather permitting.
The boat is a 10-metre Master 33 dinghy with a maximum capacity of 33 people. An aperitif with a glass of prosecco or non-alcoholic wine will be offered on board.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
