Full description

A skipper, a guide specialising in the area and a snorkelling instructor: who better than our guide to lead you to discover the natural wonders around Alghero!

Set sail with us on our dinghy tour in the Porto Conte Natural Park and Capo Caccia Marine Protected Area. A 3-hour experience during which you will admire the main attractions in the area, snorkel in the most striking natural settings, and may even spot dolphins.

Once again, Sardinia will not fail to amaze you!

What we will do

I will be waiting for you 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Porto Conte, the largest natural harbour in Italy located in the municipality of Alghero (SS)! I will welcome you in this beautiful natural setting, on board my dinghy ready to accompany you on this adventure by sea.

Once the passengers have finished boarding, we will set sail. In the course of navigation we will encounter numerous attractions: the Mugoni Beach, the Roman Villa of Sant'Imbernia and the Nuragic Village. Mother Nature will amaze us with Cala di Tramariglio, Cala Dolce and Cala Calcina , where there are two semi-submerged caves; if the weather and sea conditions allow, we will enter one of them!

We will then sail past Cala Dragunara (Alghero's smallest beach, which can accommodate a maximum of 10 people!) and under the Capo Caccia cliff also known as 'The Sleeping Giant'; we will sail in the shadow of the Grotta Verde (Green Grotto ) and admire the portrait kept in the Grotta della Madonnina (Cave of the Madonna).

We will continue our adventure in the so-called 'sea outside', saying goodbye to the Gulf: we will sight the Cabirol Steps and sail to the Grotta dei Colombi (Cave of the Pigeons ) on theIsola di Foradada (who knows why it is called that?); our last stop will be Cala Inferno.

During the excursion, there will be swimming stops at selected spots for snorkelling, thanks to the equipment provided on board. You will be able to encounter starfish, bream and sea bream; as a skipper, local guide and snorkelling instructor, I will know how to lead you to the best spots. And with a bit of luck, you might even spot dolphins!

We will finally return to the meeting point, for a total experience of 3 hours.

Who it is aimed at

The experience is suitable for everyone from 2 years of age; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
