From Olbia to Figarolo Island in search of dolphins!
If your dream is to spot these cute cetaceans swimming in the open sea, this 3½-hour dinghy excursion is just the thing for you. But the surprises don't end there: during the tour there are two snorkelling stops at Capo Fighera and Cala Moresca to meet many other sea inhabitants up close.
A chance to explore the waters of Golfo Aranci like never before!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Olbia (SS). Awaiting us will be the skipper who will accompany us on this excursion in search of dolphins!
Once we have gathered all the participants, we will set sail from Olbia in the direction ofFigarolo Island, in the heart of Golfo Aranci. After about 30 minutes of sailing, we will stop in the open sea to beginobserving the dolphins attracted by the fish farms in these waters.
After a stop of about 40 minutes, we will resume navigation to head first to Capo Figari, and then to Cala Moresca. Off the coast of each of these coves, we will make a snorkelling stop to explore the seabed of theTavolara - Punta Coda Cavallo Protected Marine Area, where we will have the opportunity to spot bream, sea bass and mullet.
We will finally return to the meeting point. The excursion will last about 3½ hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable from the age of 3; children under 18 must be accompanied to the meeting point by an adult.
The activity is not suitable for people with mobility problems and pregnant women.
Other information
The experience takes place from June to September and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Theboat is a 7.5-metre-long dinghy equipped with a sunbathing area, awning and freshwater shower.
You remain barefoot on board. Dogs are not allowed on board.
