Full description
If you too feel the call of the sea as soon as you see a blue reflection, this is the adventure you have been looking for.
We will take you to explore the Tavolara Marine Protected Area, a paradise where rock meets Sardinia's clearest water. Together with an experienced skipper, you will experience a one-day dinghy excursion among hidden coves and legends of small kingdoms surrounded by the sea.
Departing from San Teodoro, you will discover corners of rare beauty such as Cala Brandinchi and the natural pools of Molara. Get ready to set sail!
What we will do
The rendezvous is 45 minutes before the 10 a. m. departure time at the meeting point in San Teodoro (SS) . Awaiting us will be the skipper who will accompany us on our excursion, ready to help us discover the secrets of this part of the Gallura coastline.
After a short briefing, we will set sail in a dinghy, leaving the beach behind us. We will sail past Puntaldia and Lu Impostu, where we will listen to fascinating historical tales. Our first stop will be at Cala Brandinchi, nicknamed 'Little Tahiti', where we will stop for 30 minutes for a regenerating swim and a rest on the white sand.
We will continue on to Molara Island, where we will dive into its famous natural pools: here we will have 30 minutes to snorkel among schools of curious fish. The adventure will continue towards the south-eastern ridge of Tavolara, at Tegghja Liscia, for another 30 minutes of diving and sightings of the local fauna.
We will then reach Spalmatore di Terra, the only equipped beach on Tavolara Island, where we will disembark for a break of about 1½ hours. Here you can go ashore, relax on the beach, take a swim in the crystal-clear waters and enjoy lunch at the kiosks and bars on the island. We will then explore the Oven Cave, the Cathedral Cave and make a final snorkelling stop at Turtle Rock.
The excursion will also touch on the Spiaggia delle Vacche (Cows' Beach ) and Capo Coda Cavallo, before returning to the starting point at 16: 30. The activity will last approximately six hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The excursion is suitable for everyone from the age of 4; children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The boat is not accessible to persons with mobility impairments that are incompatible with boarding, disembarking and staying on board.
The activity is not recommended for pregnant women, people suffering from labyrinthitis or particularly sensitive to seasickness, and people with major musculoskeletal disorders.

The activity takes place from April until October and is confirmed with a minimum number of 5 participants.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
The boat used will be a maxi dinghy of approximately 7 to 8 metres in length (one of the BSC 78, SACS S780, a Joker Boat or Novemarine model) , equipped with every comfort for sailing. The specific model will be assigned according to availability on the day and the number of participants, up to a maximum of 12.
Dogs are not allowed on board.
On-site parking spaces are available for a fee. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
