Have you ever swum with triggerfish? If the answer is no, it’s time to give it a go!
Set off on a fantastic rubber dinghy excursion in Villasimius to discover the treasures of the Marine Protected Area. Accompanied by a skipper, you’ll explore Isola dei Cavoli, admire the Madonna del Naufrago and take a dip in the bays of Punta Molentis and Cuccureddus.
You’re in for 3. 5 hours of pure fun, with swimming, snorkelling and cold drinks on board!
What we will do
We’ll meet 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in the village of Notteri, in the municipality of Villasimius (CA) . The skipper who will be accompanying us on our excursion will be waiting for us there.
We’ll set sail in a dinghy towards Isola dei Cavoli, where we’ll be able to go ashore for a walk. As we sail, we’ll admire the sculpture of the Madonna del Naufrago and continue on to Simius Playa to swim amongst the curious triggerfish.
We’ll then head for the bays of Punta Molentis, the natural pools known as Cuccureddus. Along the way, we’ll make several stops for a swim, each lasting up to 30 minutes, using the snorkelling equipment provided on board.
Between dips, we’ll listen to some background music and enjoy a refreshing glass of prosecco, tea or water.
Finally, we’ll return to the harbour. The activity will last a total of 3. 5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is suitable for everyone, with no age restrictions. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult participant.

Pregnant women may take part subject to approval from their doctor.

The activity takes place from April to October and is confirmed provided there are at least 4 participants.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
The boat used is a rubber dinghy, between 7 and 8 metres long and fitted with an awning and a shower.
You must go barefoot on board; flip-flops are recommended for visiting Isola dei Cavoli.
Small dogs are permitted: please contact the organiser using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation email to let them know you’ll be bringing one.
Paid parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport. A free transfer to and from the centre of Villasimius is also available: please contact the organiser using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation email to request this service.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
