If diving is your therapy. .. the Costa Viola awaits you with an unmissable adventure!
You can dive in the magnificent waters of the area, discovering its rich biodiversity . At your side, you will have an experienced instructor and other curious divers like you!

What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Reggio Calabria (RC), where the instructor will be waiting for us and will guide us on our underwater adventure!
After an initial welcoming moment, we will have a briefing, during which we will be given the necessary equipment (wetsuit, GAV, regulator, mask, fins, footwear, tanks, ballasts) and we will go over the rules for living the experience in complete safety. If we wish, we can participate with our personal equipment by selecting the "Without equipment" option when booking.
At that point, the instructor will explain the activity programme and some details about the chosen site. We will then begin our dive and, during the exploration, we will sharpen our eyesight to spot the fish that inhabit the area. If we are lucky, we may even find some rare species!
At the end of the dive, we will return to our starting point, happy to have discovered the underwater beauty of the Costa Viola!
The activity will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for 15 years of age and above; children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
In order to participate, it is necessary to hold an Open Water Diver licence (or another licence of a higher grade) and be in good health. The experience is not accessible to pregnant women, persons suffering from neurological diseases and persons with asthma/cold. In addition, the consumption of alcohol prior to the activity is prohibited. You will be asked to sign a self-declaration of good health on site.
Caution! Diving 24 hours before a flight by plane is strongly discouraged.

The experience takes place throughout the year.
Caution. The level of difficulty of the dive, the maximum depth reached, and the site chosen will vary depending on the participants' licences.
When booking, you will be able to select the option "With equipment" or " Without equipment" to use or not use the diving equipment, depending on your preference.
On site there are changing rooms, toilets, showers with hot water and a storage room for valuables.
Any accompanying persons can wait comfortably at the facilities of the host lido.
There is free, secure parking on site. The meeting point is easily accessible by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
