There are all sorts of ways to explore the Dolomites.
You could walk for hours, hoping not to run out of breath, or fasten your seatbelt and set off on a buggy tour in Calalzo di Cadore! Get ready to take the wheel and drive whilst admiring the dizzying cliffs of the Spalti di Toro and the spectacular Cascata delle Pile waterfall. You’ll be accompanied by a local guide, ready to reveal the secrets of these valleys.
A 2-hour adventure, which will end on a high note with an aperitif!
What we will do
We’ll meet at the meeting point in Calalzo di Cadore (BL). The guide who will be accompanying us on our excursion will be there to welcome us.
We’ll start with a quick briefing to familiarise ourselves with the buggy, a fantastic vehicle for tackling mountain terrain in complete safety. We’ll put on our helmets and start the engines, ready to cover the 20 km of the route, half of which is on tarmac and half on dirt tracks.
Along the way, we’ll enjoy a spectacular view of the Spalti di Toro, admiring these majestic rock formations from various angles. We’ll make several stops at the most scenic spots to take some photos and breathe in the fresh Dolomite air to the full.
We’ll then arrive near the Cascata delle Pile waterfall. Here we’ll park our vehicles and the guide will show us the start of the footpath: after a short 10-minute walk on our own, we’ll reach the waterfall to admire it in all its beauty (optional stop) .
Back at the vehicles, we’ll enjoy a moment dedicated to good food: a fantastic snack and a light aperitif with local cold cuts and cheeses, to share the highlights of the tour over some delicious food. Finally, we’ll return to the starting point.
The activity will last a total of 2 hours, of which approximately 1 hour will be spent on the guided tour.
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a Category B driving licence. There is no minimum age for passengers, as the organiser also provides child seats (alternatively, younger children may travel in the jeep with the guide) .
To take part, the maximum combined weight of driver and passenger per vehicle must not exceed 350 kg.
The experience is classified as easy and is suitable for first-time buggy drivers.
Other information
The excursion is available all year round.
During the trip, the driver and passenger may take turns at the wheel, provided they both meet the necessary requirements.
The organiser has 2 buggies available, each capable of carrying 1 driver and 1 passenger, for a total of 4 participants.
The price is per buggy; each buggy can carry 1 driver or 1 driver and 1 passenger (2 people) .
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport via train (the guide is available to collect participants from the station) .

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
