Full description
The north-west of Sardinia seen from another perspective: from the sea, aboard our two-seater kayaks.
Explore the Stintino area, a seaside resort that boasts the most beautiful beaches in the region. And even more spectacular are the small bays that can only be reached by sea, where we will stop during our kayak trip.
On one side the transparency of the Mediterranean Sea, on the other the black colour of the rock framing the landscape: aday trip in contact with the wildest Sardinia!
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at 8.30 a.m. in Stintino (SS), in my beloved Sardinia.
Our day together will begin on land, with a short warm-up of the muscles we will use to paddle followed by a defatiguing stretch. We will then take a kayak into the water to learn some basic manoeuvres such as how to get on and off the boat, how to steer it, how to paddle correctly while saving energy, and how to use the equipment provided.
At around 9am we will board our kayak to explore the beautiful natural setting in which Stintino lies! We will follow and admire the unspoilt coastline: in front of us no human traces, only nature in its wildest form.
During the course of the trip, we will stop for a swim at isolated beaches, impossible to reach without our kayak; halfway through the trip, after sailing for 7 km, we will stop for lunch (not included). We will then return to pick up the paddle and return to the meeting point by following the same route. What will change will be the natural beauty spots we will stop at, such asLeek Island.
At the end of the excursion we will have covered a total of 14 km in 3-4 hours of paddling, for a total duration of 6 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The excursion is reserved for participants aged 16 and over; knowing how to swim is not essential thanks to the lifejacket provided.
The activity is of medium difficulty as it is necessary to paddle for several hours.
Other information
The experience is available all year round, excluding holidays, and is confirmed with a minimum of 3 participants.
The boat is a double "touring" kayak 5.50 metres long and 64 centimetres wide, equipped with an elastic front and central storage net, 2 watertight lockers, an adjustable padded ergonomic seat, a footrest footrest, a padded backrest, a padded leg rest and a deck rope.
The itinerary may vary at the guide's discretion depending on weather and sea conditions.
The excursion is conducted exclusively in Italian.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 15 days from the activity start date. Within 14 and 8 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
