Why just drink wine when you can explore the region where it’s made?
With this e-bike hire, you’ll be able to cycle effortlessly through some of Valpolicella’s most beautiful scenery . You’ll visit the La Dama Vini winery and take part in a delightful tasting of five wines, accompanied by a platter of local specialities.
That way, you’ll be able to say you’ve experienced Valpolicella with all five senses!
What we will do
Meet at the time indicated at the meeting point in San Pietro in Cariano (VR), where the organisers will welcome you! After a brief introductory briefing on how the e-bike works, you’ll be given a helmet and a lock, then you’ll hop on and set off on your ride in complete independence, following the route suggested by the app that will have been set up on your smartphone before you set off.
You’ll cycle for around 2 hours through the heart of Valpolicella, guided by the digital route through rolling hills, picturesque villages and rows of vines stretching as far as the eye can see. Thanks to the pedal-assist function, you’ll tackle every incline with ease and have the chance to enjoy the magnificent scenery around you.
You’ll then reach Negrar di Valpolicella and enter the splendid La Dama Vini estate. Here, you’ll park your bike and take a seat in a cosy indoor room for a one-hour guided tasting of five selected organic wines: you’ll sample the sparkling Bollicella rosé, the organic Valpolicella Classico DOC, the organic Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC, the organic Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC and the renowned organic Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG.
The wines will be accompanied by a generous platter of local cold cuts and cheeses, with fresh bread and water included (whilst children and non-drinkers will be served delicious fruit juice) .
Once the tasting experience is over, you’ll hop back on your e-bike for the return journey to the hire point. You’ll cycle for about 1 hour along scenic back roads, enjoying the tranquillity of the Veronese countryside before returning the bike.
You’re expected to return at around 3. 00 pm, after a total excursion time of approximately 4 hours (including the stop and tasting) .
Who it is aimed at
This activity is easy and suitable for everyone. E-bike hire is available to those aged 12 and over who are at least 150 cm tall. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The wine tasting is reserved for those aged 18 and over. However,a dedicated non-alcoholic option is available for children and those who do not drink alcohol.
Child seats are available. To request one, please contact the organisers in advance using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation email.
Other information
The activity is available from April to October and is confirmed once a minimum of two people have signed up.
Dog trolleys are not available.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
