Enjoy a relaxing and scenic ride to discover one of the most evocative corners ofAbruzzo. The Tirino Valley awaits you with its wonderful views and lush, unspoilt nature.
Our expert guides will take you on a route through the green, interspersed with characteristic villages and framed by the peaks of the Gran Sasso.
An activity suitable for the whole family, ideal for those who want to relax in the open air while discovering the beauty of an area ready to leave everyone breathless!
What we will do
We will meet in Capestrano, in the province of L'Aquila.
After getting to know the guides, we will be handed our e-bikes and have a short introductory briefing. Then we will start pedalling along the paths of the Tirino Valley, admiring wonderful views. The Tirino is recognised as one of the cleanest rivers in Italy and the appearance of its waters does not belie this!
We will then reach the village of Capestrano and the fascinating Piccolomini Castle and then cross the vineyards of Ofena in the upper part of the valley, with the splendid Gran Sasso mountains as a backdrop.
The activity will last about 3 hours for a route length varying between 20 and 30 km, depending on the average level of the group.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is easy and suitable for everyone. You only need to be able to ride a bike and be at least 150 cm tall (140 cm for children), with a weight limit of 100 kg.

Attention! Please arrive approximately 30 minutes in advance.
This activity can be booked from March to October and is confirmed when there are at least 2 participants, weather permitting.
It is possible to request the camel (trailer bike) for children up to 140 cm or the trailer t rolley for children up to 45 kg at a price of €10 to be paid on site. A dog t rolley is also available at a price of 10€ to be paid on site. Ask for them directly from the guide after booking confirmation.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
