The Mole Antonelliana for cyclo-explorers: the Antonellian Route!

A 6-hour itinerary with a MTB guide through the municipalities of Romagnano Sesia, Prato Sesia, Cavallirio, Maggiora, Boca, Cureggio, Fontaneto d'Agogna, Cavaglio d'Agogna and Ghemme.
And after a lunch break to recover energy, back in the saddle chasing Monte Rosa on the horizon!
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at 09:00 a.m. at the meeting point communicated at the time of booking, in Borgosesia (VC). After a 10-minute briefing during which I, your MTB guide, will give you useful directions for our cycling adventure, we will board a shuttle bus together, which will take us in about 20 minutes to Romagnano Sesia, the starting point of the excursion.
Our route to discover the masterpieces of architect Alessandro Antonelli will begin at Villa Caccia, a building designed between 1840 and 1848 on the site of a pre-existing religious complex. We will pass through Cavallirio to reach the Sanctuary of Boca, a work of his maturity that was never completed.
We will continue to Maggiora, where the architect was buried, to admire the church of the same name and enjoy a packed lunch or, for those who wish, at La vecchia sportiva in Maggiora (lunch not included in the fee).
Our e-bike route will then take us through the municipalities of Cureggio, Fontaneto d'Agogna, Cavaglio d'Agogna and Ghemme; it was in the latter that Alessandro Antonelli was born in 1798. Along the route we will admire views ranging from the Novara hills to the Monte Rosa mountain range; we will also cross the Baragge Oriented Nature Reserve, the Monte Fenera Park and the Piano Rosa.
Ready to return to Borgosesia aboard the shuttle bus after our day in the saddle. The tour lasts a total of 6½ hours, including transfers.
