Two cities of art, one of the most beautiful cycling routes in Italy and a gourmet stop in the Tuscan hills: this is what awaits you on this e-bike tour from Pisa to Lucca, with wine tasting in a winery.
Set off independently with theaudio guide on your smartphone and pedal through river landscapes, vineyards, ancient villages and stately villas, to then enjoy a tasting of local wines accompanied by Tuscan specialities. We are waiting for you!
What we will do
The appointment is in Pisa. On arrival, the staff will welcome you with a briefing and help you download theapp with audio guide directly onto your smartphone. You will be provided with everything you need: bike, helmet and phone holder.
You will pass through parts of the historic centre and cycle towards the charming Puccini Cycle Path, considered one of the most beautiful in Italy. The route of 55 km in total follows the Serchio river, through cultivated fields, groves and small villages, until you reach the Castle of Nozzano, a still intact corner of the Middle Ages.
Crossing Ponte San Pietro, you will enter Lucca, where you can take a panoramic tour of the famous Renaissance walls and lose yourself in the maze of historic streets among towers, squares and shops.
But the best is yet to come: the tour continues towards the hills of the Lucca villas, among vineyards, olive groves and postcard views. Here, between one ascent and the next, you will find your reward: a stop at the Cantina Gattaiola, where a tasting of local wines accompanied by a board with Tuscan specialities awaits you.
The experience lasts a total of about 6 hours, including the route and tasting break. The return to Pisa is scheduled around 15.30.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone aged 18 and over. To ride e-bikes, aminimum height of 150 cm is required, as well as the ability to ride a bike.

The activity can be booked all year round.
For the tasting, you can choose between 3 glasses of wine + a cold Tuscan dish or 1 glass + a board with Tuscan specialities.
Options are available for allergies and intolerances, just report them at least 24 hours in advance to the organiser (you will receive contact details by e-mail with your booking confirmation).
The meeting point can be easily reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
