How great it is to ride around the hills of Bologna, on an e-bike even more so!
Hop in the saddle and pedal in the company of our Environmental Hiking Guide along a 30/35 km route exploring Bologna and its surroundings. From the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Parco della Chiusa to the birthplace of Italy's first Nobel Prize winner in Pontecchio Marconi: each stop hides a story to discover.
And that's not all: to cross the finish line after 4 hours, recharge your batteries with a wine tasting at a local winery. When you toast with friends with a glass of Pignolotto DOC, you will remember this experience!
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the selected time at the meeting point in Bologna. You will recognise me, I will be in the company of my beloved bicycles that will accompany you on this adventure!
On your arrival, I will hand over thee-bike to you. In a briefing , I will explain how to use this means of transport, before climbing into the saddle and setting off to explore Bologna and its hills.
Our itinerary will take us to discover the capital ofEmilia-Romagna and its surroundings: we will cycle through the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Parco della Chiusa, glimpse the 'invisible' canals that flow beneath Bologna, spot theEremo di Tizzano hermitage, and say hello to the Basilica of San Luca. We will pass by the "award-winning" Pontecchio Marconi, cross the Calon Park, and embark on part of the Via degli Dei and Via della Lana e della Seta.
A mixed route, on unpaved and asphalted roads with no traffic, 30/35 km long with a maximum altitude difference of 300 m.
And to recharge your batteries, there will be a stop at a local winery for a tasting of local wines (included). Toast this adventure on two wheels with a glass of Pignolotto DOC!
We will finally return to the meeting point, for a total experience of 4 hours.

You must be able to ride a bicycle to take part in the experience.

The tour is available from January to December , weather permitting, and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
Participants wishing to take outRTC and accident insurance at a cost of €5.00 must communicate their personal details to the organiser at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail before the experience.
Different types of bicycles are available to choose from: MTB, trekking and city; for an additional fee it is also possible to request 'special bicycles' such as tandems and tricycles for adults. Contact the organiser at the contact details given in the confirmation e-mail to communicate any preferences.
The tasting includes 2 glasses of local wines accompanied by snacks such as taralli, breadsticks and parmesan cheese.
Dogs are allowed to participate, provided they are small and comfortably carried in a backpack.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
