Full description
Hop in the saddle and pedal your e-bike to discover the Chianti hills. Let a guide lead you through olive groves and vineyards, breathing in the scents of the Tuscan countryside.
Along the way there will be a lunch stop and a stop in a wine cellar for a wine tasting, including the iconic Chianti wine. And then back in the saddle, through a scenic cypress-lined avenue, for a total of 7½ hours.
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at 09:30 at the meeting point communicated at the time of booking, in Badesse (SI). On your arrival, I will give you thee-bike, helmet and water bottle to take part in the excursion.
We will then be ready to set off to discover the Chianti hills, pedalling through the olive groves and vineyards that characterise the area. In the saddle of our e-bikes, we will be able to breathe in the scents and admire the landscape of the Tuscan countryside, which accompanies us along the route.
Along the way we will stop at a winery, which we will reach along a scenic cypress-lined avenue; we will be welcomed for a tasting of local wines, including the not-to-be-missed Chianti wine. Another stop is planned for a picnic lunch (included).
After the break we will be back in the saddle to return to the starting point. The tour lasts a total of 7 ½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The tour is suitable for anyone who is physically fit and 14 years of age or older. Participants are required to know how to climb and descend stairs.
Other information
The tour can be booked from April to November and is confirmed when a minimum number of 2 participants is reached.
The experience also takes place in the event of rain. Should a thunderstorm occur during the tour and the guide decides that for safety reasons it is better not to continue, you will be accompanied to the starting point and no refund will be given.
A pick-up and drop-off service from/to Florence is available at a cost of €100 per person.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
