Get ready to cycle through the blue!
In Alghero, a fantastic half-day e-bike tour awaits you along the spectacular Coral Riviera, amongst stunning coves and the scents of the Mediterranean scrub. Accompanied by a local guide, you’ll explore the town’s historic centre, the picturesque Calich lagoon and the Punta Giglio headland.
And to round off the day in style, a delicious aperitif featuring local specialities awaits you!
What we will do
We’ll meet at the time indicated at the meeting point in Alghero (SS), where the guide will welcome you. After a brief introductory briefing, we’ll hop on our pedal-assisted e-bikes and set off on the tour.
We’ll begin the 30 km route by exploring the heart of the historic city centre together. We’ll cycle in a tight group through the narrow Catalan-style streets, admiring the ancient walls and towers overlooking the sea. Shortly afterwards, we’ll join the cycle path along the Lido di San Giovanni seafront and cycle alongside the stunning Maria Pia beach, famous for its sandy dunes covered in juniper bushes and its cool pine forest.
We’ll then continue our ride towards the picturesque Laguna del Calich, a tranquil natural oasis rich in biodiversity where we’ll try to spot some rare birds. After crossing the ancient Roman Bridge, we’ll head towards the famous beaches of Bombarde and Lazzaretto.
We’ll cycle a few more kilometres, aided by the electric motors on our bikes, before finally reaching Punta Giglio. Here we’ll enjoy a panoramic view of Alghero Bay and Porto Conte Park. Before setting off again, we’ll all relax together over a delicious aperitif – included in the price – featuring typical Sardinian specialities.
After savouring the true essence of this corner of Sardinia and taking the final souvenir photos, we’ll return to the starting point. The tour will last a total of 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is easy and is open to everyone aged 12 and over.
To take part, you must be able to ride a bike. Please remember to let the organiser know your height a few days before the activity, so that they can prepare an e-bike that’s the perfect size for you.

The tour is available all year round and is confirmed once a minimum of two people have booked.
If you have any food allergies and/or intolerances, please contact the organiser using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation email to let them know.
Child seats (for children weighing up to 23 kg and aged 5 or under) are available on request at an additional cost of €30, payable on the day of the activity; pushchairs (for a maximum of 2 children and up to 40 kg in total) are available at an extra cost of €50, payable on the day. Please remember to request these extras from the organiser in advance.
Dogs are not permitted to take part.
The meeting point is accessible by public transport; there are public and pay-and-display car parks in the vicinity.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 31 days from the activity start date. Within 30 and 15 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
