Pedalling with the scent of the vineyards all around and the sea suddenly appearing, curve after curve.
This e-bike tour is the most beautiful (and relaxed) way to discover the western Sicilian coast: departure from Castellammare del Golfo, guide present, and an itinerary that alternates between countryside, villages and sea views.
A 4-hour route that is easy and suitable for everyone, thanks to the e-bikes that make even the climbs light!
What we will do
The meeting is 15 minutes before the start at 9: 00 a. m. in Castellammare del Golfo. After a quick check of the e-bikes and helmet, we set off on country roads with little traffic, immersed in a landscape that alternates between nature and the signs of man.
Pedalling through vineyards and olive groves, we reach the castles of Inici and Baida, now picturesque ruins that tell centuries of history. The climb is gentle and steady, always assisted, to the village of Visicari, where we can visit the ancient granary of Islamic origin and enjoy a panoramic viewpoint.
From here begins the most scenic part: all downhill, with the view of the sea opening up before us. We arrive in Scopello, a small fishing village gathered around an ancient baglio dating from the 17th century, now animated by cafés and shops.
From the belvedere we admire the Tonnara di Scopello, set in a cove guarded by two iconic stacks. Here, for those who wish, it is possible to stop for an optional gastronomic stop.
After the stop, we return by e-bike to Castellammare del Golfo. The total route is about 62 km with 1, 000 metres of altitude difference, tackled in a smooth and unhurried manner.
The total duration of the experience is about 4 hours, adaptable to the needs of the group.
Who it is aimed at
The tour has an easy level and is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Minors may participate by presenting written consent from a parent.
A minimum height of 1. 50 m is required to ride the e-bikes; contact the guide at least one or two days before the activity to communicate your height so that the e-bike can be properly prepared. The guide's contact details will be sent to you by e-mail with the booking confirmation.

The tour is available all year round and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Child seats for children up to 15 kg are available: to request them, please contact the guide using the contact details sent by e-mail with your booking confirmation.
Dog carriages are not available.
The meeting point is not easily accessible by public transport; there is free parking on site.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
