Full description
Our 4-hour e-bike tour to discover the Big East is dedicated to great cyclists.
Big pros: ride in the company of a group of enthusiasts and a professional MTB guide.
Great altitudes: ride along trails up to an altitude of 2,200 m in the midst of the alpine meadows.
Great natural attractions: the Satta Lakes, Devero Lake and many other wonders in the Alpe Veglia and Alpe Devero Nature Park.
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at 09:00 a.m. at the meeting point communicated at the time of booking in Crodo (VC). After a 15-minute briefing during which I, your MTB guide, will give you useful directions for our cycling adventure, we will board a shuttle bus together that will take us toAlpe Devero, the starting point.
And it will be right inside the Alpe Veglia and Alpe Devero Nature Park, at an altitude of 1640 m, that we will climb into the saddle! Initially, we will ride along a falsopiano path through the undulations of the alpine meadow, in the company of cows grazing peacefully. We will then reach a stretch of water reflecting the Pizzo Diei and Monte Cistella mountains.
We will continue slightly uphill, bypassing the Satta Lakes, until we reach a viewpoint over Lake Devero. This view will give us the right charge to tackle the challenging hairpin bends that will lead us toAlpe Forno Inferiore, at an altitude of 2222 metres.
From here we will follow a single trail of about 6 km through the vast alpine meadows at altitude, before returning to the Devero Plain. Once we cross the finish line we can enjoy our prize: a lunch of local dishes at La Trattoria Fattorini (not included)!
After our day in the saddle, we will be ready to return to Borgosesia aboard the shuttle bus. The tour lasts a total of about 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The tour is suitable for people with cycling ability and high physical fitness from the age of 15.
Other information
The experience is available every day from July to October and is confirmed when the minimum number of five participants is reached.
For those who prefer, it is possible to meet in Borgosesia. From here, transfer by shuttle bus to the starting point of the itinerary at an additional cost of 20.00€ per person; contact us to request the service.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
