Adventure is fun. .. .but it makes you hungry!
To remedy this, this e-bike tour mixes the excitement of cycling through the magnificent Lungo and Ripasottile Lakes Nature Reserve with the taste of a delicious grigriata.
You know: everything is better with a full stomach. So what are you waiting for!
What we will do
We will meet at the meeting point in Rieti, where our guide will be waiting for us to accompany us during the experience.
Afterwards, we will try out the e-bike assigned to us and adjust it to make the ride even more comfortable. In addition, the guide will briefly explain to us how the route will unfold and which stages we will make.
Once we are in the saddle, all we have to do is get all the energy flowing in our legs and start pedalling. We will follow a route of around 25 km (don't worry, the guide will adapt it to the needs of the group! ) with an altitude difference of 350 m.
Once we are immersed in the Lungo and Ripasottile Lakes Nature Reserve, we will enjoy the splendid views that will surround us, especially when we pass a stretch of road known as "the panoramic". From here, in fact, it is possible to admire a beautiful view of Mount Terminillo and look down on the lakes from above. Other highlights of the route will be an ancient Roman villa and the Santa Susanna spring, where we will stop for refreshments for about 15 minutes.
Finally, after two and a half hours of cycling and four scenic stops, we will return to our starting point with legs a little tired but a happy heart. Arriving near our destination, we will treat ourselves to one last (delicious! ) stop. In fact, we will stop at a braceria, where we will enjoy a delicious lunch of grilled pork (steak, sausage and bacon) , bruschetta, water and wine.
Once our stomachs are satisfied, we can declare the experience over!
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 14. A minimum height of 1. 55 m is required to participate.
Child seats are not available.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The experience takes place from April to November on the dates indicated in the calendar and is confirmed with a minimum of 8 participants.
Dinner is included in the fee. In the event of food allergies and intolerances, please contact the guide in advance at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to request an alternative.
Dogs are allowed to participate in the experience.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport, but there is free parking on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
