Discover Palermo’s coastline and its wonders in a whole new way!
Join a private e-bike tour lasting around 4 hours to the stunning Mondello. As you cycle through the seaside village of Arenella and the lush countryside of Parco della Favorita, spectacular views await you… as well as a delicious stop for an ice cream!
What we will do
We’ll meet 30 minutes before departure at 9. 30 am at the meeting point in Palermo (PA), where the guide will welcome us. After an initial briefing and adjusting our bikes, we’ll get on our bikes and set off on our adventure.
We’ll start cycling along a 30-kilometre route with an elevation gain of 250 metres. We’ll cycle along the coast, passing through the ancient fishing villages of Arenella and Aquasanta, admiring the Tonnara Florio with the Torre dei Quattro Pizzi and the historic Grand Hotel Villa Igiea.
We’ll continue towards Mondello, famous for its iconic Art Nouveau villas and its beach. Here we’ll take a pleasant break to enjoy some local ice cream. We’ll then head into the Capo Gallo Nature Reserve, following a dirt track along the coast.
The route will then take us into the Parco Reale della Favorita. We’ll pass through its 400 hectares of Mediterranean scrub and visit the picturesque Palazzina Cinese, the former residence of the Bourbons. Thanks to the Whisper audio system provided by the guide, we’ll be able to hear all the stories about the area clearly as we go.
Finally, we’ll head back towards the centre of Palermo, for a total duration of around 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is easy and is open to everyone aged 12 and over who is at least 150 cm tall.
To take part, you must be able to ride a bike.
Other information
The tour is available all year round and is aimed at private groups of up to 15 participants.
Important: you must contact the guide at least 2 days before the tour to provide your weight and height, so that the most suitable e-bike can be allocated.
Child seats (0–2 years) are available on request at an extra cost of €15, payable on the day of the activity; bike trailers are not available.
Dogs are not permitted.
Free and paid parking is available on site. The meeting point is accessible by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
