Put an e-bike, the sculptures of Brufa and the museums of Torgiano together and you have the perfect morning.
From Perugia you set off on a guided e-bike tour through sun-kissed vineyards and an open-air monumental sculpture park, culminating in a delicious lunch to the rhythm of jazz music.
A 5-hour experience that nourishes body and soul among the Umbrian vineyards!
What we will do
The appointment is at 9: 00 a. m. at the meeting point in Perugia (PG), where the guide will welcome us and hand over the electric bikes. After a quick briefing to familiarise ourselves with the vehicles, we will climb into the saddle and set off around 9. 15-9. 30 a. m. for the excursion.
We will start cycling towards Brufa, taking advantage of a stretch of cycle path to enjoy the landscape in total relaxation. We will reach the famous Sculpture Park, where we will admire around 30 works by international artists nestled between the rows of vines: on one side we will see Perugia and on the other the entire Umbrian Valley as far as Assisi.
We will then continue on to Torgiano, the home of good drinking. Here we will independently visit the MUVIT and the MOO (Wine and Oil Museums) , for a 40-minute dive into rural culture. And because cycling makes you thirsty, we will enjoy a first glass of wine in a local wine cellar.
Around 13: 00 we will then stop for our Jazz lunch (included) . We will sit down at a cosy restaurant in Torgiano for a starter of bruschetta and local olive oil, followed by a seasonal first or second course, all while being entertained by great live music.
Finally, we will return to our starting point after a total of about 35 km and 5 hours of hiking.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is at an easy level and is aimed at everyone, with a minimum height of 150 cm for riding size S e-bikes.
Bike riding skills are required to participate. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Other information
The tour is available from March to the end of November, every day except Sunday (museum closing day) , and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
The e-bike available will be a Bianchi model E-Omnia C Type pedal-assisted electric bicycle, with a Bosch Performance Line CX motor and Bosch 500/625Wh battery, with a range of approximately 90 km. This e-bike is suitable for all types of terrain thanks to its 29″ wheels and wide tread for optimal grip on both dirt and asphalt roads. The bike is available in 3 sizes: S (150 cm to 170 cm), M (165 cm to 180 cm) and L (175 cm to 200 cm) .

The lunch menu includes an appetiser of crispy bruschetta topped with local extra virgin olive oil, followed by a first or second course of your choice, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Everything will be accompanied by a glass of local wine, mineral water and, above all, the sophisticated notes of a live jazz concert. The meeting point can be reached by public transport (railway station 100 m away) ; free parking is available on site.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
