What’s your favourite animal? Perhaps the alpaca – cuddly and super soft. Or the owl – bespectacled and mysterious.
In Ornago, in Brianza, you can meet all the animals you love – and even some you haven’t met yet. From mini ponies to Tequila the alpaca, not forgetting Ettore the barn owl.
A one-and-a-half-hour experience at an educational farm, rounding off with an exciting ‘glove baptism’!
What we will do
Please arrive 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Ornago (MB). Our guide will be there to welcome us and take us to meet the friendly animals at the educational farm.
We’ll begin our tour by entering the goat enclosure, where we’ll get to experience the thrill of feeding them and receiving lots of attention. We’ll then move on to meet the ever-so-sweet little donkeys up close, before heading to the area dedicated to the horses and mini ponies, where we’ll be able to offer them some carrots and a few strokes.
The tour will continue in the enclosure housing the three alpacas, Gin, Tonic and Tequila: here we’ll learn about their habits and be able to feed and cuddle them. But the surprises don’t end there! We’ll move on to the area dedicated to nocturnal birds of prey to observe owls, scops owls and barn owls up close – creatures with a magnetic charm.
The most exciting part will be interacting with them: we’ll have the chance to experience the ‘glove baptism’, holding the little owl Ratatouille, the barn owl Ettore or the tawny owl Semola on our fist.
We’ll finish our tour of the farm with our hearts full of new memories, having learnt to respect and love every creature we’ve met, big and small.
The activity will last a total of one and a half hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for children from 3 years of age. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who pays the participant fee.
The experience is accessible to persons with mobility problems and wheelchair or pushchair users. Please contact the activity organisers in advance at the contact details on your booking confirmation email to inform them of your presence.
Other information
The experience takes place all year round, from Tuesday to Sunday, and is confirmed on reaching a minimum number of 5 participants.
It is forbidden to bring food from outside to give to the animals: everything necessary will be provided by the staff during the visit.
Dogs are not allowed.
There is a refreshment point on site.
There is free parking on site; the meeting point is only about 30 minutes' drive from Milan. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
