Fancy taking a break from your usual routine and spending a day in the great outdoors?
Gigia the turkey, Tony the chatty little goat, the dogs Heidi, Libo and Maya, the donkeys Lea and Fiore, and the mares Primula and Avana are waiting for you in Sondrio for an unforgettable two-and-a-half-hour adventure! An expert guide will take you on a tour of the educational farm, where you’ll try your hand at real farm work, give the animals a cuddle and enjoy a delicious aperitif to round off the day.
It’ll be an authentic experience that’s sure to lift your spirits!
What we will do
We’ll meet 5 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Sondrio (SO). Our guide will be there to welcome us to his wonderful farm, nestled in the natural surroundings of Valtellina.
After a brief introduction, we’ll immediately begin to explore daily life on the farm, accompanied by the ever-so-friendly turkey Gigia, who’ll follow us throughout the tour.
We’ll get up close to the animals to get to know them better, discovering what products can be produced from the farm and how they’re best utilised. We’ll feed all the farm’s inhabitants, learn how to carry out the farmer’s cleaning tasks, and have a go at grooming the donkeys Lea and Fiore. Depending on the time of year, we may also have the chance to try milking the goats by hand, feeding the kids or mowing the meadows to bring fresh grass to the animals.
As we continue our exploration, we’ll pick out our locally sourced produce directly from the estate’s fields, choosing fresh eggs, seasonal fruit and vegetables.
Throughout the tour, we’ll be surrounded by the affectionate attention of the dogs Heidi, Libo and Maya, the little goat Tony, and the beautiful mares Primula and Avana. There’ll certainly be no shortage of cuddles! And after all the activities, we’ll relax with a tasty aperitif on the farm ( included) , during which we’ll be able to sample the farm’s produce.
The activity will last a total of two and a half hours.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is suitable for children aged 6 and over. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
This activity is not accessible to wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility.

The experience runs from April to October and is confirmed once the minimum number of 2 participants has been reached.
Dogs are not permitted.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
