Have you ever dreamed of flying over water? You don't have to be a superhero to do it: just take an e-foil lesson!
In onehour of pure adrenaline, you will learn to master this electric surfboard, feeling as light as if you were gliding over the waves. With the help of an experienced instructor, you will be able to lift yourself up on the board and have fun in no time.
The Gulf of Naples and the Posillipo coastline will be the fabulous backdrop to your venture!
What we will do
You will meet your e-foil instructor in the Posillipo area of Naples.
The lesson will begin with atheoretical introduction of about 10 minutes on the beach: the instructor will explain how the controller works, the characteristics of the board, and how to use it to move nimbly through the waves. At your disposal you will have an e-foil Fliteboard, among the most stable and reliable on the market.
Once you are ready, you will enter the water for a short swim warm-up and finally start to get familiar with the board. After the first 15-20 minutes of practice, you will already be able to stand up on the e-foil and experience the sensation of flying over the water. The thrill of gliding over waves without friction is something indescribable and will make you feel free and full of energy.
As you become more and more familiar with the board, you will have the opportunity to admire the surrounding landscape between the Posillipo coastline and the Bay of Naples. The instructor will always be by your side to give you his advice and take some photos with his mobile phone during the activity.
After about 50 minutes in the water, you will return to shore with your heart full of excitement and the adrenaline still pumping. The total duration of the lesson will be one hour.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for ages 16 and over. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at the meeting point, but may participate alone.
Swimming skills and a maximum weight of 100 kg are required.
The activity is not suitable for pregnant women.

The activity is available all year round and is held exclusively for a maximum of 2 participants.
Outdoor showers are available at the meeting point and there is a box where you can leave your personal belongings.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; paid parking spaces are available on site.
