What happens when Pilates meets nature and the slow, steady pace of a horse?
Find out with our Equipilates experience in Fara Gera d’Adda! Accompanied by a qualified instructor, you’ll lead a horse by hand along a path surrounded by greenery, before enjoying a breathing and Pilates session by the riverbank – without ever getting in the saddle.
A unique 1½-hour experience, rounded off with a delicious picnic prepared especially for you.
What we will do
Please meet the guide 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Fara Gera d’Adda (BG).
We’ll begin our experience at the stables, where we’ll get to know the centre’s horses (there’ll be 2 or 3 horses in total, depending on the group) . Before setting off, the guide will explain the basic safety rules and the correct positions to adopt so that we can interact with the horses in complete safety.
Afterwards, we’ll lead the horses on foot, holding them by the halter. We’ll walk along a peaceful, flat path for about 10–15 minutes, surrounded by unspoilt nature, until we reach a spot by the river. Against this stunning backdrop, we’ll begin our breathing and Pilates session, led by the instructor, lasting around 15–20 minutes.
On our return, we’ll enjoy some time to relax in the open air. If you’re taking part in the morning session, the picnic will include eggs, bacon, butter, jam, fresh bread, water or fruit juice, tea or coffee; if, on the other hand, you’ve chosen the afternoon session, a tasty aperitif with focaccia and cold cuts, along with soft drinks, will be waiting for you.
We’ll settle down on traditional blankets spread out on the lawn, with wicker baskets, in the shade of the trees, whilst the horses graze freely nearby: the perfect way to round off the experience, immersed in the tranquillity of nature.
The activity will last approximately one and a half hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is suitable for those aged 12 and over. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to the meeting point.

The activity runs from April to September.
The activity involves one horse for every two participants. The two participants will share the same horse, taking turns to lead it by hand along the route and during the activities, always under the supervision of the instructor.
Options are available for people with food allergies and intolerances: please contact the guide using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation email to let them know of any dietary requirements.
Dogs are not permitted.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport ( it takes about 10 minutes on foot) .

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
