Rediscover the beauty of nature in autumn or winter with an unforgettable walk with alpacas, an exclusive experience in the province of Trento. You’ll be able to walk alongside these magnificent animals, cuddle them, snap a few souvenir photos and warm up with a hot drink.

What we will do
Please arrive 15 minutes before your selected time at the meeting point in Trambileno (TN). You’ll be welcomed by your guide, who’s ready to help you discover just how special these animals can be.
Before setting off, you’ll meet Renoir, Vivaldi, Van Gogh and their friends: five utterly adorable alpacas with artistic names but hearts of gold! Thanks to a brief introductory briefing, you’ll learn how to interact with them, building a bond of trust right from the start. You’ll visit the enclosure where they live, find out what they eat and how to lead them during the walk, which will take place as a private tour, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in which you can really get to know your walking companions.
Once you’re ready, you’ll set off on a walk lasting about an hour and a half, immersing yourselves in the fairytale pine forest of Pian del Levro. You’ll be able to lead the alpaca by its halter in the shade of beech, downy oak and birch trees along paths surrounded by greenery, where the slow pace will become your best ally in leaving the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind. Along the way, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to take unique souvenir photos with your new friends and their cute little faces.
And after a short stop in the pine forest, you’ll make your way back at a leisurely pace to the starting point, where a hot drink – alcoholic or non-alcoholic ( included) – will be waiting for you, depending on the day’s offering and your preferences.
The experience lasts just over an hour and a half in total.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is suitable for everyone, with no age restrictions. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
For safety reasons and to ensure the animals’ welfare, children up to the age of 11 are not permitted to lead the alpaca on their own: they must hold the halter alongside a parent, who will hold the other end. From the age of 12, however, they may lead the animal independently.
This activity is not accessible to people with mobility issues or those in wheelchairs.

The experience is available from October to March.
There are 5 alpacas available for the walk; depending on the number of participants, one alpaca will be allocated per person or per couple.
Dogs are not permitted.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
