Did you know that being among animals and cuddling them improves your mood?
The donkeys Gioia and Fiorello, the pony Zaco, the goats Pintu and Peppe and their friends are waiting for you at the farm where they live in the province of Asti to spend an hour with them! The guide who will accompany you will explain how to interact with the animals and you can pet them, brush them and even feed them.
It will be a fun activity that will bring endless smiles to your face!
What we will do
We will meet at the meeting point in Borgata Vascagliana, a hamlet of San Damiano d' Asti, in the province of Asti. Our guide will be waiting for us here! After an initial welcome, he will explain a few curiosities about the natural scenery surrounding the farm and give us a few pointers on how to approach the animals we will see in a 10-minute briefing.
Walking around the farm, we will enter the enclosures of the animals that live there. First we will meet the donkeys Gioia and Fiorello and the pony Zaco. Then it will be the turn of some very sweet hens, whom we will be able to hold and feed. If they have laid eggs, we can even help the guide collect them! Immediately afterwards, we will meet the goats Pintu and Peppe, and then end the visit with the horses Fly, Ingrid and Amelie.
Each time we meet new animals, the guide will explain how to become familiar with them and what their behaviour means. If we wish, we can pet them, let them smell us, brush us and cuddle them!
It will be a fun activity, lasting a total of 1 hour, and will delight young and old alike!
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The experience is accessible to people in wheelchairs or with walking difficulties. Please contact the activity organisers in advance at the contact details on your booking confirmation email to inform them of your attendance.

The activity is available all year round and will be confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 3 participants.
During the experience, the guide will take photos that can be sent on request (included).
There are picnic tables at the farm which can be used after the activity for a packed lunch.
