Has the world of falconry always fascinated you?
Then put on your glove and discover the life of a falconer with a 3-hour experience in the green countryside of Arre, near Padua!
Choose your favourite bird from owls, buzzards, owls and tawny owls and learn how to communicate and empathise with these feathered friends during a walk in the woods of Arre.

What we will do
We will meet in Arre, a village in the countryside south of Padua, at the time selected during the booking process. Here we will meet Claudio, the experienced falconer who will accompany us on this experience.
We will devote the first hour and a half to the theoretical part. Through an interactive approach, we will find out more about the fascinating world of falconry, its biology and the characteristics of the different species present: Harris's buzzard, barn owl, tawny owl, owl and scops owl.
We will also learn communication techniques and how to empathise with the birds, before moving on to the most eagerly awaited moment: the baptism of the glove. We will wear this tool of the trade and, under Claudio's guidance, we will be able to interact first-hand with the bird of prey and stroke it.
Having chosen our favourite bird from among those present, we will enter the private forest of Arre for a walk in the green. During the easy walk, which lasts about one and a half hours, we will be able to continue interacting with our winged friend and, if conditions permit, fly him above us.
Finally, we will return to the starting point to say goodbye, after about 3 hours of experience.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is aimed at everyone from the age of 6 years. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The activity takes place all year round.
The venue can be reached by public transport.
There are no toilets at the facility, but there is a bar a few metres away.
Dogs are not allowed at the facility.
