An experience to be had? Try calling a bird of prey to your fist as it soars high in the sky.
Become a falconer for a day, with a 3-hour activity in Cividale del Friuli that will catapult you into the fascinating universe of birds of prey. An adventure among nature, history and magic that you can share with a special person.
The activity includes a visit to the park to discover 15 species, a flight show and a mockingbird call part. What more could you want, an aperitif? That's also included!
What we will do
The appointment is in Cividale del Friuli for an activity to discover the magical world of birds of prey in a specialised theme park.
After a small welcome drink (included), you will begin your visit to the park in the company of an expert guide who will introduce you to the world of falconry. You will visit the various aviaries to learn interesting facts about the birds of prey that live in the park, where there are more than 15 species including owls, falcons, owls and eagles.
After the visit, you can head to thepark's arena to watch an exciting 45-minute flight show in the company of the audience.
After the show, you will move on to the practical part, with about 15 minutes of approaching birds of prey. Under the supervision of a falconer you will make a first acquaintance with the animal, and then learn how to call it to the glove. Don't forget to take some souvenir photos!
We will say goodbye after 3 hours of activity.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from 12 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by an adult (even if not participating in the activity).
The park is wheelchair accessible.
Other information
The activity takes place every day except Tuesdays, from March to September, and is intended for private groups of up to 2 persons.
Bird of prey flight shows take place in the park arena at fixed times: from March to May at 11 a.m., from June to 15 September at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., from 16 September to 30 September at 11 a.m.
Theaperitif includes an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink (of your choice) accompanied by snacks. Please inform the organisers in case of food allergies or intolerances.
The meeting point can be reached by car, train or bus.
Any accompanying persons can stay in the refreshment area, which is also accessible to dogs (however, dogs are not allowed in the performance arena and demonstration).

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
