Full description
Imagine being able to admire a bird of prey flying through the skies, only to land on your fist.
This is what happens when you participate in our falconry experience in the province of Vicenza! In the company of a falconer guide, you will spend three hours with birds of prey: you will be able to get close to them, feed them, and watch flight demonstrations in the natural setting of the Berici Hills.

What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the selected time at the meeting point in Ponte di Barbarano (VI). You will be welcomed by me, your falconer, as well as by all my affectionate birds of prey!
On your arrival I will hold an initial briefing during which I will provide you with basic falconry notions, training methods and all the information you need to enjoy this experience without any worries. All birds of prey are located outside the aviaries and can be seen, photographed and approached; this first phase will last about 1 hour.
The'flying company' consists of 2 American kestrel falcons, 2 buzzards, 1 American red-necked urubu vulture, 1 Indian eagle owl, 1 scops owl, 1 lodger and 1 barn owl. You will have the pleasure of meeting Frey, who, at 15 years old, boasts the title of oldest buzzard in the group, Shakti, a eagle owl named after an Indian goddess, and other sky explorers.
We will begin by meeting the diurnal birds of prey, with whom we will spend about 1.5 hours: we will venture out for a short walk in the Berici Hills (1.5 km), penetrating the woods; in this beautiful natural setting we will witness a demonstration of free flight by 2 birds of prey. The animals will land on the participants' fist: yes, right on yours!
We will then return to the meeting point to meet the nocturnal birds of prey, with whom we will spend about 30 minutes.
The experience will last a total of 3 hours.

The experience is suitable for everyone from 16 years of age; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
This activity is suitable for those who already have experience with birds of prey.
Other information
The experience is available all year round, excluding the summer period, and is intended for private groups of up to 5 people.
The activity takes place subject to weather conditions at the organiser's discretion.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Dogs are not allowed to participate in this experience.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
