But go hoe the earth! And indeed, here we are.
Spend a day on a farm in the province of Bergamo: you'll milk cows, make cheese, and knead ravioli while experiencing daily farm life. All in the company of a professional farmer, ready to share his knowledge and passion with you.
And there will be lunch at the farm, to enjoy the fruits of your labour (and more) !
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Onore (BG). We will find the guide waiting for us, who will accompany us on this (delicious) adventure!
Having gathered all the participants and after a breakfast to recharge our batteries, we will participate in the milking of the cows. We will then take on the role of cheesemaker at the cheese workshop: we will delve into the cheese-making process, step by step, until we produce our own organic milk primosale!
And finally we will enjoy the fruit of our labour (and more) during lunch at the farm: starter, first course, main course, dessert, water and coffee. The menu is based on local products and it couldn't be otherwise: we are in the heart of the Orobie, in the shadow of the Presolana massif, where the excellence of organic milk is produced.
But it doesn't end there: the day will continue with a fresh pasta workshop in which we will make tagliatelle, ravioli and coloured pastas that we can take home for dinner!
The experience will last about 7 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 14 and up. Children under the age of 18 may participate unaccompanied.
The facility is not wheelchair accessible.

The experience takes place year-round on the dates indicated on the calendar (constantly updated) and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 4 participants.

Free parking is available on site. The meeting point is not accessible by public transportation.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
