With this experience in the province of Rieti , you can visit a farm, spend time with the animals that live there and discover its products!
And, if you wish, you can even stop for a delicious typical snack!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Mompeo (RI) . A guide will be waiting for us, who will take us on a tour of the farm, introducing us with a briefing on rural life and the day's activities.
We will begin with an evocative walk through the centuries-old olive grove, where we will discover how extra virgin olive oil is made and what craft processes make this product so precious. We will then proceed to the animal pens to meet the estate's horses and goats: we will be able to pet them, feed them and take advantage of this moment to take some souvenir photos.
We will then move on to the organic vegetable garden to observe the different varieties of vegetables grown there and, if we are lucky, we will even be able to try our hand at harvesting the seasonal produce. It will be a unique opportunity to immerse ourselves in nature and rediscover our connection with its fruits!
Finally, if we have selected the appropriate option in the booking box, we will sit down for a delicious snack (included) . We will taste the farm's oil and other typical local products, accompanied by water and fruit juices!
The activity will last a total of 1½ to 2 hours, depending on the option chosen (with or without snack) .
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The activity is not accessible to people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
