At the Augustali Farm, between Palermo and Trapani, young and old can immerse themselves in nature, get to know the animals up close, walk alongside a donkey and discover farm life.
And at the end of the trail, after so much excitement, a well-deserved break with a tasting of wine and Sicilian specialities.
A 1.5-hour experience that will delight the children... and delight the parents!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at theAugustali farm in the heart of the Sicilian countryside.
We will start with a walk in the aromatic garden, where we will explore the Mediterranean plants and collect a small perfumed bouquet to take with us. Then we will meet Augusta, the farm's sweet little donkey, and walk alongside her along the estate's paths for about 30 minutes.
After the walk, it will be time to visit the farm animals: the children will be able to safely enter the pens, stroke rabbits and chickens, and even try milking a baby goat with the help of the guide.
Finally, we will conclude the experience with a tasting of 1 of the farm's wines for adults, accompanied by a platter of Sicilian specialities, while the children can enjoy fruit juices and local products.
The experience will last about 1½ hours in total.
