Full description
Robin Hood was originally from the province of Novara.
It’s not true, but you might well think so if you take part in our archery experience break in Gattico-Veruno: the package includes accommodation in a farmhouse with breakfast and an archery experience. Accompanied by an instructor, you’ll learn the basic techniques and put yourself to the test straight away with a bow and arrows.
A one-night stay to become a legend of the Novara hills!
What we will do
Check-in is from 3. 00 pm to 7. 30 pm at the meeting point in Motto Rosso, in the municipality of Gattico-Veruno (NO) . You’ll be staying at a farmhouse and archery centre in the hills of Novara, a short distance from places of interest such as Arona, Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta.
At reception, you will be given the keys to your double or twin room: this comprises a double bed or twin beds with bed linen, a wardrobe, a private bathroom with shower, towels and toiletries. The accommodation is equipped with underfloor heating and Wi-Fi.
During your stay, you’ll take part in an archery session: the instructor will provide you with the equipment and all the information you need to enjoy a hassle-free experience; you’ll learn the basic techniques of this sport and get straight down to trying your hand at archery. The archery session lasts approximately 3 hours.
The following morning, you’ll wake up to an Italian-style breakfast featuring homemade cakes, Novara biscuits, homemade jams and other treats.
Check-out is by 10. 00 am.
