If you think you can never have enough Parmesan, this experience is for you.
Join us for our farm stay in Medesano: the package includes accommodation with breakfast, access to the swimming pool, access to the spa, a guided tour of the cheese dairy and a Parmigiano Reggiano tasting.
A one-night experience dedicated to flavour and wellbeing!
What we will do
Check-in is from 3. 00 pm to 8. 00 pm at the meeting point in Medesano (PR). Your stay will be at a farmhouse with a swimming pool and spa, situated in the hills of Parma.
At reception, you will be given the keys to your double or twin room: this consists of a double bed or twin beds with bed linen, a desk, a television, a mini-fridge and a private bathroom with a toilet, shower, toiletries, a hairdryer and towels. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi.
Once you’ve changed for the occasion, you’ll be able to access the swimming pool and spa. The outdoor area features a panoramic, unheated swimming pool and a heated hot tub; the indoor area comprises a sauna, a Turkish bath and a sensory shower. The outdoor area is shared with other guests at the property, whilst the indoor spa is private for 1 hour.
The package also includes a guided tour of a cooperative dairy: you’ll learn about cheese production, from the receipt of the milk to the maturing process, whilst discovering the history of the company and Parmigiano Reggiano. You will then taste four different ages of Parmigiano Reggiano, paired with other ingredients and accompanied by alcoholic drinks (wine and beer) . The experience will last approximately 3 hours.
The following morning, you will enjoy a buffet breakfast featuring local produce, both sweet and savoury.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 31 days from the activity start date. Within 30 and 15 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
