What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before 09:30 at the meeting point onGiglio Island (GR). We will be welcomed by thediving instructor who will guide us on this first dive!
Once we have gathered all the participants and provided all the useful information for the experience, we will board an inflatable boat that will take us to the best cove according to the conditions of the day. Meanwhile, a theoretical diving lesson will take place on board in preparation for the activity.
We will don ourequipment and enter the water: one at a time, we will dive in the company of the instructor to a maximum depth of 6 metres for about 20-30 minutes. The dive will take place in tandem with the instructor, so we won't have to worry about handling any equipment. We will be enchanted by the marine world around us, inhabited by damselfish, barracuda, octopus and other species characteristic of the area!
We will finally return to the meeting point, happy to have completed our sea baptism. The experience will last a total of 1 hour.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 8 and up; children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at the meeting point to sign the release form.
The activity is suitable for people with motor disabilities who are not in wheelchairs; the organiser is a diving instructor for the disabled. Please contact us to submit your booking request and check if it is possible.
The experience is forbidden for people with respiratory and/or circulatory diseases.
Other information
Attention! In the event that weather conditions do not allow for a raft trip, the experience will take place from land.
The experience takes place from June to September and is confirmed when the minimum number of 6 participants is reached.
There is paid parking in the vicinity of the meeting point. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Thetime of the experience may vary at the discretion of the instructor. The total duration of the experience may vary depending on the number of participants.
There is no changing room on site, but there is a toilet and an outdoor shower.
For those who prefer, wetsuit hire is available at a cost of €10.00 per person; please note that the wetsuit is optional and not necessary for the experience.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
