If you have decided to start a new activity amidst silence, freedom and open spaces, then ski m ountaineering is the discipline for you!
Discover the purest dimension of the mountains together with an Alpine Guide who will take you on the best ski mountaineering routes in the Paganella Dolomites.
On this introductory day you will learn the techniques for ascending with sealskins, and then experience the adrenaline rush of off-piste descents at full speed. Get ready for an adventure full of emotions!
What we will do
We will meet at 8.30 a.m. in Andalo (TN), where an Alpine Guide will be waiting for us. We will have an initial briefing to understand how to use the technical equipment correctly.
After preparing ourselves, we will be ready to tackle the ascent with sealskins under our skis. With this technique, we will begin a route adapted to our level, skilfully chosen by the guide. The fatigue of the ascent will be overshadowed by the splendid snowy panoramas that only the Dolomites can offer. We will be immersed in nature and the silence of the snow-covered mountains.... Nothing could be more magical!
We will face an altitude difference of about 600 metres and once we reach the top, we will be taught the principles ofself-rescue using probe, shovel and artva.
At this point, we will be ready to tackle an off-piste descent on fresh snow at full speed, experiencing the mountain without the hustle and bustle of the ski slopes. There will certainly be no shortage of adrenaline!
The activity will last a total of about 6 hours and will end with the return to the initial meeting point.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is at an easy level and no previous experience in the discipline is required. However, it is necessary to be in good physical condition and to know how to ski on blue slopes, skiing parallel skis.
You can participate from 18 years of age.
Other information
The activity can be booked every Saturday from December to March and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
The participation fee includes ski mountaineering equipment: skins kit, boots, skis, snowshoes, shovel, probe and ARTVA.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
