The best way to experience the sea on Elba? On board a state-of-the-art fishing boat, with a fishing rod in one hand and a glass of wine in the other!
Get ready to step into the shoes of a real sea dog, but without giving up comfort! You will join the crew to haul up nets or creels, explore dreamy coves and, between dives, enjoy a banquet of the day's catch and Elban delicacies.
Between nets, dives and authentic flavours, you will discover that the sea on Elba is not something you live... you savour it!
What we will do
We will meet at the time selected during the booking process at the port of Marina di Campo (LI), ready to board the fishing boat Iselba IV, guided by Captain Giuliano, a third-generation fisherman.
We will set sail to discover traditional fishing, retrieving together the nets or creels lowered the previous day. Red scorpionfish, sea bream, snapper, octopus or even lobster could be among the day's prey! Those who wish will be able to actively participate, pulling up their nets like real fishermen.
After fishing, we head to a spectacular cove along the south coast of Elba. Here, while we relax and take a dip or snorkel in the clear waters, our chef will prepare the catch of the day, enhancing the flavours with typical Elban products.
Back on board, we will enjoy a rich zero-kilometre aperitif, with bruschetta, vegetables and local wine, followed by freshly caught fish. All in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. And finally dessert, coffee and limoncino will complete this extraordinary culinary and seafood experience.
The activity lasts a total of about 6½ hours.

The activity is suitable for everyone from 6 years old and up. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
The boat is wheelchair accessible.

The experience is bookable all year round from April 2025 and is confirmed with a minimum of 5 participants.
You will be on board the two-storey fishing boat Iselba IV, equipped with a bathroom with shower, fridge, freezer and Wi-Fi. Small dogs are allowed on board.
There are fishing nets and weights on board; participants may bring their own fishing rod and additional equipment from home if they wish.
In the event of food intolerances, no alternatives are available for the aperitif.
The meeting place is easily accessible by public transport; free and paid parking spaces are available on site.
