Tandem powered hang gliding flight on the Conero Riviera

See the Conero Riviera from a unique perspective, just like a bird in flight. This tandem powered hang gliding experience will allow you to literally touch the sky with your finger.

Accompanied by an experienced pilot, you will take off from Recanati and enjoy a 20-minute sky walk, flying over the Basilica of Loreto, Monte Conero and its Riviera.

What we will do

The meeting point is theRecanati (MC) airfield. Hang gliding champion Achille Cesarano, famous for his extraordinary adventures such as flying with geese and storks, and his team of experienced pilots will guide you through this wonderful experience.

The first 10 minutes will be devoted to a welcome and briefing. You will learn how a powered hang glider works and its difference from the traditional model. Thanks to the thrust of the engine, this type of hang glider can also take off from flat surfaces and allows the pilot greater control.

Then, comfortably seated in the passenger seat, with your seat belt firmly fastened, you will experience the thrill of soaring through the air in tandem with a professional pilot aboard the AIR BRAKO hang glider. Rising from the runway, you will witness a sight that will leave you speechless.

For about 20 minutes you will fly over the Conero area, from the interior towards the coast. You will admire from above the Basilica of Loreto, about 3 km from the base, Mount Conero and its picturesque Riviera with the towns of Numana, Marcelli, Sirolo and the Two Sisters.

At the end of the flight, you will glide gently over the runway of the Aviosuperficie, where the experience will end. But the excitement does not end here, because if you wish you can take home with you the memory of this day through a video (to be chosen at the time of booking).

The activity will last 30 minutes in total.

Who it is aimed at

The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 12.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and authorised by a parent or responsible adult.

Participants must weigh between 40 and 100 kg and bebetween 1.40 and 1.99 m tall.

Other information

The activity is available all year round.

Flights take place only under favourable weather conditions. In the event of bad weather and/or adverse conditions of any kind, the flight may be postponed or modified at the pilot's sole discretion.

When booking, you can choose whether to add a video to your flight to take home with you the memory of this experience. The options that can be purchased are:

• "Basic Flight", without video;
• "Flight + GoPro video" (+20 €), video made with a standard GoPro-type camera, delivered on an SD card (included);
• "Flight + 360° video " (+40 €), video made with 360° camera, published on YouTube and viewable through a link that will be shared a few days after the experience.

In case of booking for several people (up to a maximum of 4), participants will fly individually one after the other, while the briefing will be common.

For safety reasons, it is forbidden to use one's own phones or action cams during the flight.
