Full description
Admire the landscapes of the Friulian plain and the Pre-Alps with a spectacular paragliding flight over the skies of Aviano, in the province of Pordenone.
Together with an expert pilot you will fly in total safety by exploiting the ascending wind currents, and you will experience the thrill of flight combined with a feeling of freedom that is nothing short of unique!
Get ready for amemorable experience and you will see that, as soon as you touch the ground, you will be ready to fly again!
What we will do
The meeting point for the activity is set at thelanding area of the Aviano (PN) flying club, in the Carnic Pre-Alps of Friuli Venezia Giulia. From there, we will move together with the pilot to the take-off area at Col del Lovo, at an altitude of 1,100 m.
To begin with, there will be a briefing on how the paraglider works and on the rules of behaviour to carry out the activity in total comfort and safety.
Then, after having donned the helmet and properly harnessed ourselves, we will be ready to take off. All it will take is a few metres downhill and in no time we will find ourselves suspended in the air, flying supported by the updrafts.
For the duration of the flight - about 20 minutes - we will be seized by that mix of sensations that only those who have ever tried flying know. Adrenaline, amazement, excitement and joy will accompany us all the way to the soft landing, which will take place in the same area as the initial rendezvous.
The activity lasts about 1 hour in total, including transfers, briefing and preparation.
Who it is aimed at
Tandem paragliding is an activity for everyone. No special knowledge, skills or experience are required. Anyone in good health and weighing between 30 and 100 kg can fly.

This activity can be booked on weekends throughout the year, subject to weather and wind conditions.
Paragliding is an activity that is strongly dependent on weather conditions. The day before the flight, the pilot will confirm the time and course after consulting the latest weather report.
Important: minors must present written and signed parental consent. If consent is not provided, the pilot will not allow participants to take part in the activity and this will not be refunded.
The participation fee includes a video of the experience and a free T-shirt.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
