Experience the thrill of a free paragliding flight and admire from above the plain of Castelluccio di Norcia and the wonderful landscapes of the Monti Sibillini National Park in the heart of the Apennines.
Launching in tandem with a professional pilot, you will live the experience in complete safety and feel as free as a hawk or an eagle... like those you might encounter flying in the Umbrian skies.

What we will do
We will meet the pilot at Pian Grande di Castelluccio di Norcia (PG). From there we will ascend by shuttle to an altitude of 1,400 m above sea level, an ideal take-off point for a broad view of the surrounding landscape.
The area of Castelluccio di Norcia is very popular with paragliding enthusiasts because it provides a spectacular view of its plain, which in the summer and spring months is covered in a majestic multicoloured bloom, offering true mosaics of colour.
On arrival at the take-off site, we will have a briefing on the operation of the paraglider and the rules of behaviour and safety. Having prepared the equipment and securely harnessed each other, we will take off thanks to a short run-up. Taking off on a paraglider is a real magic: you don't even realise you've taken your feet off the ground and you are seized by a wonderful feeling of lightness!
The scenic flight will last between 15 and 20 minutes, depending on the strength of the updrafts that will support the paraglider's descent to a soft landing near the initial rendezvous. Given the preparation and travel time, the activity lasts a total of about 1.5 hours and will end at the meeting point.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is easy and open to anyone who feels like flying. Tandem paragliding requires no special experience or skills. There are no age limits (for minors, parental or guardian authorisation is required). A body weight of between 35 and 100 kg is sufficient.
The participant must be in normal psychophysical condition and able to jog a few metres on take-off and cushion with his legs (as if jumping off a step) on landing.
The experience is not recommended for pregnant women, those with heart problems and anyone recovering from joint injuries.

This activity can be booked from June to September, weather permitting.
The possibility of a flight is strictly dependent on weather and wind conditions. Depending on these, the timetable of the activity may vary and, in the event of conditions not compatible with the maximum safety of the participants, the activity may be suspended at the pilot's discretion.
Simultaneous flights are possible on request, subject to pilot availability.
