Full description
Some people take the cable car to have lunch at altitude. And some to jump into the void with a professional pilot.
Guess which of the two experiences you will never forget.
From Cima Pichlberg, at an altitude of 2,200 metres, you will take off for a fantastic tandem paragliding flight: 15 minutes of pure freedom and a view stretching from the Sarentine Alps to the Dolomites.
All it takes is a few steps of a run-up... and you're already up there, with your feet dangling in the air and a smile that will last you for weeks.
What we will do
The meeting with the pilot is at the meeting point in Sarentino (BZ). From here you will take the cable car (ticket not included) up to the Pichlberg restaurant, at an altitude of around 2,200 metres. Ahead of you, majestic peaks and a panorama that already promises excitement.
After a short walk of about five minutes, you will reach the take-off point. The pilot will provide you with a helmet and harness, explain everything you need to know, and when the time comes... a few tentative steps... and off you go, you're airborne!
You'll fly for about 15-20 minutes suspended between sky and mountains, with a view stretching from the Sarentine Alps to the Dolomites. An altitude difference of 900 metres and a smile that is hard to wipe off even after landing, which will take place gently at 1,250 metres, at the bottom of the valley.
At the end, you will return to your starting point by car transfer (included). Between transfer, preparation and flight, the experience lasts about 1 hour.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone from 5 years of age. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied on site by a parent or guardian.
To participate, you must not exceed 100 kg in weight. No experience is required; it is sufficient to have a minimum of mobility to take off with the pilot.

The activity takes place all year round.
Upon request, it is possible to have a video souvenir of your experience shot by the pilot with GoPro. The extra cost is 20€ (to be paid on site).
The cable car ticket (one way) is not included in the fee; you can buy it online or on site on the day of the activity. For further information on this, please contact the pilot (you will receive contact details by e-mail with your booking confirmation).
Would you like to enjoy the experience with your partner or friend? Simultaneous flying is available for up to 2 people, each with their own pilot. To request this, please contact the pilot at the contact details sent to you by e-mail with your booking confirmation.
Any accompanying persons can wait at the meeting point (coinciding with the landing point), where there is a bar.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; there is free parking on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
