Full description
You will wonder where Poggio Bustone is. You will wonder what is so special about the Rieti plain.
The answer to these questions is our tandem paragliding flight: a 15-20 minute experience shared with a professional pilot, during which you will admire the natural setting of Monte Rosato and its surroundings from a new (and unique) perspective.
And so it was that Poggio Bustone became your favourite destination in Lazio!
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the selected time at the meeting point in Poggio Bustone (RI). I, your pilot, will be there to welcome you!
Once all the participants have gathered, we will board my shuttle to reach the take-off point, which is only 30 minutes away. We will then reach an altitude of 1,250 metres, where our adventure will begin.
During a briefing, I will provide you with all the information you need to live this experience carefree; literally with your head in the clouds! We will proceed with the preparation and approach take-off: a short run-up and we will take off over the Rieti plain and Monte Rosato. The flight experience, which will last about 15-20 minutes, will be recorded and you will be able to take home a video souvenir.
We will then land at the meeting point; at the end of the flight, a debriefing on the experience will take place. The activity will last 1 hour in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from the age of 10.
A weight between 20 kg and 85 kg is required to participate in this activity.
Good health and the ability to make a short run at take-off are required to participate in this activity.
Other information
Attention! The pilot will contact you a day or two before the experience is due to take place after viewing the weather report to communicate the feasibility and timetable of the activity.
The experience is available from January to December subject to weather conditions at the pilot's discretion.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport. There is a car park on site.
Any accompanying persons who will not be taking part in the experience are welcome: please contact the pilot at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to report your presence and arrange shuttle transfer.
The package includes the recording of an HD video of the experience, which will be shared with you by the pilot afterwards.
