Experience the thrill of a paragliding flight, admire the green heart of Italy from above and feel as free as a hawk soaring over theUmbrian Apennines.
You will fly over the Monte Cucco Regional Park, famous for its beech forests, caves and canyons, aprotected natural area of great charm and rich in biodiversity.
Flying tandem with an expert pilot, you will not have to worry about anything except enjoying the experience in all its phases: the take-off, the descent supported by the ascending currents and the soft landing.
What we will do
We will meet in Sigillo (PG), one of the four municipalities within the Monte Cucco Regional Park. Together with the instructor, we will move by shuttle to the take-off point on the high ground and hold a preparation briefing.
The instructor will explain the operating principles of the paraglider and give us all the instructions for flying in comfort and safety. After that, we will put on theharness and prepare for take-off.
Taking off on aparaglider is a kind of magic, all it takes is a gentle jog downhill and in no time at all we are suspended in the air! At that point, our flight will be entrusted to the ascending wind currents, which will support and slow the paraglider's descent to a soft landing.
The duration of the flight varies from 15 to 30 minutes depending on the winds of the day. Flying over Monte Cucco means being immersed in a sumptuous and varied panorama, where the view sweeps from the Adriatic coast to Lake Trasimeno, from the Sibillini Mountains to the Chiascio torrent valley. It is one of the most frequented locations for flying enthusiasts, and also hosts national and international competitions.
Between transfers, briefings, preparation and flight, the total duration of the activity is approximately two hours.
Who it is aimed at
Paragliding is an experience suitable for everyone. It does not require any specific skills or previous experience, only a good mental and physical condition. You can fly from 7 years of age and with a body weight between 30 and 90 kg.

This activity can be carried out all year round, subject to weather conditions and pilot availability.
Important: Paragliding is an activity closely linked to weather and wind conditions. The day before the flight, you will receive a communication from the pilot informing you of the activity, also giving you confirmation of the time, flight area and meeting address.
Simultaneous flying is possible for up to 3 participants.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
