It is not easy to explain in words all that you experience during a flight, hearing only the sound of the wind and the beating of your heart. A paragliding flight makes you distance yourself and see everything from a different perspective!

Paragliding is anactivity suitable for everyone, because contrary to what is commonly thought, it is not a sport for 'freaks' and people who need to prove their invincibility. On the contrary, it is a sport in which reflection, rationality and preparation are indispensable. We are here to spread the word as much as possible about the well-being that paragliding can provide.

What we will do

We will be in Cecima, in the province of Pavia. Once we get to the take-off point, Nicolò and his staff will briefly illustrate paragliding and explain in detail what needs to be done for a good take-off.

The only thing you have to do is run to take off, then all you have to do is get comfortable in your saddle to enjoy the view and experience the wonderful emotions that man's oldest dream offers! Two, three steps of a run-up... and off you go! You find yourself in the air!

During the 15-20 minute flight, depending on the winds of the day, you will be sitting inside a saddle and you will be able to film everything with your video camera, you can sing, chat with Nicolò, or sit in silence and enjoy the flight.

Thelanding will be gentle and will take place near the meeting point, where one of the organisation's vehicles will be waiting to take us back to the cars.

Between the pre-flight briefing and preparation, transfers and actual flight, the experience will last about 2 hours.

Who it is aimed at

This activity is of an easy level and no paragliding experience is needed. Good physical condition is required. There are no age limits (minors must be authorised by their parents), but you must weigh between 30 and 110 kg.

Caution! Paragliding is an experience strictly dependent on weather conditions. Please contact the pilot at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email the evening before the scheduled date to confirm feasibility, location and time of the experience. Please remember not to leave your home without first contacting the pilot and receiving confirmation of the experience.

Any accompanying persons can wait at the meeting point: a few metres away there is a farmhouse with an outdoor space, picnic area and children's games.

Enrich the experience with a souvenir video: request an HD film recorded with a GoPro camera of your experience, delivered in the form of an SD card; contact the pilot at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail to request the service at a cost of €20.00 with payment on site.

The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
