Let yourself be guided on a sensory journey from the shores of Alto Garda to the heart of Vallagarina to satisfy your palate and your curiosity.
A complete food and wine experience including a visit to an oil mill and wine cellar, a typical 3-course lunch and the grand finale with a tour and grappa tasting in a historic distillery!
What we will do
The appointment is at 10. 30 a. m. at the Azienda Agricola Madonna delle Vittorie in Linfano (TN), in the splendid setting of Alto Garda. We will be welcomed by a guide who will take us on a tour of the oil mill and the wine cellar, revealing the secrets of cold pressing and winemaking influenced by the winds of the lake.
After whetting our appetites with a tasting of Garda DOP olive oil and 3 glasses of wine, we will sit down in the estate's restaurant for a typical Trentino lunch. The menu includes three courses to choose from the à la carte menu (starter, first course and dessert) , with water, coffee and cover charge included, for a total immersion in the local gastronomy.
After lunch, we will move independently to the Vallagarina. The transfer takes about 30 minutes by car with our own vehicles. The appointment for the second part of the day is at 15: 30 at the Marzadro Distillery in Nogaredo (TN), an iconic structure where stone, wood and glass blend with the surrounding landscape.
Here our guide will take us through the still and ageing rooms, retracing the history of the Marzadro family and the stages of grappa production. We will end on a high note with a tasting of grappas and liqueurs to round off this unforgettable day in sweetness.
The experience will last a total of about 6 hours, including time for lunch and transfer.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for 18 year olds and above.
The wine and grappa tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying minors and people with astemia can participate in the experience at a reduced price on request.
Both facilities are accessible to people with mobility problems.
Other information
Attention! The transfer between the cellar/frantoio (Linfano) and the distillery (Nogaredo) is about 30 minutes by car; the journey must be made independently with your own means of transport. Alternatively, it is possible to take advantage of the Garda cycle path and cycle the Nogaredo-Arco route (expected time approx. 2 hours) with departure from the distillery at 9. 30 am.
The experience takes place from mid-March to the end of October and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 people.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
